Trail blazers care services was set up because the founder firmly believed in providing outstanding care to two clients who could no longer be catered for by the company that was commissioned to work with them due to the fact that they were no longer under the supervision of  social services.  The founder was working for this care company at the time when they could no longer provide their services and with passion made the decision to form this very company and went on to be commissioned by Watford borough councils anti social behaviour team to carry on the outstanding community support in London that was working  We now provide children’s homes/semi independent units for 16 plus, outreach foster care in London, and comprehensive outreach packages throughout London and the surrounding counties. Our children’s homes in Hertfordshire can be 1 or two bedroom flats or houses and are always self contained.
